How the 30-Day Guarantee Works
If, within 30 days of receiving the goods, you decide that you no longer wish to keep the product, you can contact us and request a return under this voluntary guarantee.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund you exclusively the purchase price paid for the product. The shipping costs originally charged for delivery to you will not be refunded under this voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
30 Days from Receipt – Voluntary Additional Service
The period begins on the day you receive the goods. The 30-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary additional service provided by Strecker UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Once the returned goods have been received, we will inspect and process them. Processing the return and initiating the refund may take up to 10 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the original order.
Your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal and your rights in the event of defective goods, remain fully unaffected.
Requirements for the Return
In order to make use of the voluntary guarantee, the goods must:
- be returned in full,
- be undamaged,
- show no significant signs of use,
- not have been modified or processed.
Please use the original packaging whenever possible and package the goods in such a way that they are adequately protected during return transport.

Excluded from the 30-Day Guarantee
The voluntary money-back guarantee does not apply in particular to:
- damaged products,
- broken or otherwise damaged Schungite stones,
- products showing significant signs of use,
- modified or altered products,
- products that are not returned in full.
Important Information About Natural Inclusions
Schungite is a naturally formed rock and may naturally contain inclusions of other minerals. These include, in particular, quartzite and pyrite. These components are part of the natural structure of the rock and may vary from piece to piece in color, shape, size, and appearance.
Such natural inclusions can be particularly visible in engraved or matt finished Schungite products. Processing can reveal minerals that were already present inside the stone. Light lines, dots, shiny areas, or irregular structures may therefore initially appear to be scratches, cracks, or minor damage.
In many cases, these are natural quartzite or pyrite inclusions and not damage to the product.
Natural inclusions such as quartzite and pyrite, as well as naturally occurring differences in color, structure, surface, grain, and appearance, do not constitute a defect. They are part of the natural appearance of Schungite and are not a processing error.
Such natural characteristics therefore do not constitute grounds for making use of the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
Every piece of natural Schungite may have an individual appearance. These differences are characteristic of a natural material and are not an indication of inferior quality.
