This is a particularly interesting Shungite stone figurine, handcrafted directly in Karelia by an artist from a natural Shungite stone.
The figurine combines the original, characteristic structure of the natural stone with an individual artistic design. Care was taken to preserve as much as possible of the natural surface and the unique character of the Shungite.
To give you the most accurate impression of the artwork possible, we have photographed the figurine extensively. You will receive exactly the unique piece shown in the photographs.
Quality:
The stone figurine is made of genuine Karelian Shungite. The base is made of talc chlorite, a natural stone also known as soapstone.
Shungite is an exceptional natural stone from Karelia, valued above all for its deep black color, natural structure, and distinctive mineralogical composition.
Depending on the individual specimen, natural mineral inclusions such as quartz and pyrite may occur in Shungite. These natural inclusions are not defects but rather part of the individual character of each stone.
With this figurine, however, it is not only the material that takes center stage. Particularly appealing is the interplay of natural Shungite, skilled craftsmanship, and the individual shape of the stone.
