The name Polga comes from a place in Karelia, the home region of our schungite.
Quality:
The protective pendant was made especially for us by regional jewellery producers. The schungite beads come directly from the mining site in Karelia to Germany.
All our schungite stones are carefully checked for quality and authenticity, based on electrical conductivity, weight, hardness and optical characteristics. We also regularly visit the quarrying site in Karelia and the workshops where the stones are processed.
Certificate:
Only through this elaborate procedure can we guarantee the high quality and authenticity of our schungite stones. For this purpose, you will receive a certificate issued by us with the delivery of this pendant, which documents the authenticity of the schungite beads and their origin.
One advantage of the pendant is that no energetic cleaning is necessary. Schungite has the special ability not to absorb negative energy. Therefore, this rock is often used to discharge and cleanse other minerals. Thus, the pendant does not need to be energetically cleansed.
Schungite is a relatively soft stone, so the polish of the stones will fade over time. However, this does not affect the properties of the pendant. Even if the beads shine less later than they did at the beginning, the pendant remains a beautiful eye-catcher.

Please note:
Classic schungite may show slight grey abrasion on the touched surfaces after prolonged use. However, it can be easily removed with soap and water.
Please avoid contact with water. The polish is not waterproof and will quickly dull on contact with water.
