1. When ordering on a Prepayment basis, the ordered shungite products will be sent immediately after payment is received.

2. When payment is made against invoice, through PayPal or Credit card (Stripe), ordered shungite products will be sent immediately.

3. Note on VAT for sales by Strecker UG (haftungsbeschränkt):

For sales within the European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland, Strecker UG (haftungsbeschränkt) charges VAT in accordance with the applicable EU laws and the respective tax rates of the member states.

The prices displayed on our website are in EUR and include German VAT. The final price may vary depending on the delivery address, as the actual VAT depends on the destination. For deliveries to other EU countries and Northern Ireland, German VAT will be deducted and the VAT of the destination country will be charged. The final price, including the applicable VAT rates of the destination country, will be displayed during the checkout process.

Please note: Customers with delivery addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein do not pay German VAT (19%) and receive a net invoice from us. Shipments to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may incur additional duties, taxes and fees which we, unfortunately, do not cover.

Worldwide shipping

Worldwide shipping of shungite is possible only upon request. Shipping cost is determined and agreed individually for each country before purchase. Besides, worldwide duties, taxes or fees may apply for shungite and elite shungite.

Payment options

To guarantee you a fast, easy and secure payment and shipping process, we offer you the following payment options:

Payment against invoice: For the purchases of up to EUR 130,00, we offer our customers in Germany and Austria payment against the invoice as a convenient payment option.

The invoice amount is due within 14 days of receipt of the goods without any deductions.

Prepayment: The full amount should be transferred by the buyer to our bank account through the bank transfer. You will find all the information you need for this payment option in our order confirmation.

Payment through PayPal: PayPal accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express...) and works with bank accounts all over the world. Paying with PayPal is fast, secure and free.

Credit card (Stripe): Payments can be made with various credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
