Harmonization of Yin-Yang with shungite and talc chlorite.

Harmonization of Yin-Yang with shungite and talc chlorite.

The doctrine of Yin and Yang is based on thousands of years of knowledge, observation and wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

In TCM, it is believed that our body is strongly influenced by the Yin and Yang forces. From birth, we have different proportions of Yin and Yang energy. Our everyday life can sometimes throw these forces out of balance. According to TCM, a person is healthy only when these forces are in balance. Only then can the vital energy flow freely.

If this energy flow becomes unbalanced, this creates favorable conditions for the development of various diseases. However, the opposing principles of Yin and Yang can be balanced and harmonized to make the energy flow harmoniously. This makes us feel mentally and physically better and healthier.

There are many ways to balance both forces, such as through diet or exercise. With the support of the counter pairs of shungite and talc chlorite, you can effectively contribute to this.

Diet and exercise to harmonize Yin and Yang principles

In the diet based on the Yin and Yang principles, foods are classified according to their thermal properties. However, the division into "cold" and "warm" has nothing to do with the actual temperature.

Yin, the feminine principle, represents black color and cold foods and liquids. These include barley, buckwheat, citrus fruits, eggplant, mushrooms, zucchini, radish, tomatoes, cucumbers, and iceberg lettuce. "Cold" foods have a cooling effect and should be preferred in summer. The way they are prepared can also affect the Yin and Yang energy. "Cold" foods are best cooked in plenty of water or blanched.

"Warm and dry food" refers to the masculine Yang principle.

These include long-grain rice, leeks, onions, chives, cherries, raspberries and animal products such as beef, duck, chicken, sheep, poultry and seafood. "Warm" foods are best consumed during the cold season. Yang dishes are best prepared by long-term cooking, baking or grilling.

Not all foods can be clearly categorized into Yin and Yang products. In TCM, "neutral" foods also play a significant part. For example, liver (beef), goose, pork, quail, sea fish, carp, carrots, potatoes, cabbage and cauliflower are considered "neutral".

"Neutral" foods are regarded as the foundation of a healthy diet in TCM. For a balanced diet, "neutral" foods must be energetically balanced with Yin and Yang products. This brings our body and mind into balance.

Bringing the Yin and Yang Forces into Harmony with Movement

We can balance the Yin and Yang energies with different types of movement. For this, yoga exercises are recommended.

Meditative, relaxing exercises are suitable for stimulating Yin energy. Dynamic and high repetition exercises are preferred to stimulate Yang energy. Choose the yoga style that's right for you to strengthen your Yin or Yang energy.

Yin – shungite, Yang – talc chlorite

While complementing diet and exercise, opposing pairs of shungite and talc chlorite present an effective way to keep our energies in balance. Shungite is used on the left side of the body, and talc chlorite is used on the right side. Different shapes and sizes of pairs of opposites have their own advantages and disadvantages. The most important features are as follows:

Lenses and balls (shungite and talc chlorite): It is practical to take lenses and balls with you, for example, in your trouser pocket. Shungite should be carried on the left, and talc chlorite on the right. They can be constantly taken with you close to the body to harmonize energy. They are effective companions that balance our Yin or Yang energy without taking up much space. All lenses and balls in the form of opposite pairs in our store are polished and leave almost no stains.

Cylinders (shungite and talc chlorite): The cylinders fit well in the hand and are ideal for sitting exercises. A meditative environment without irritating factors is recommended to bring the energies into balance. During the use of cylinders, the impact of electromagnetic and other energy flows on the body or in the immediate vicinity of it is not allowed. Therefore, please do not wear jewelry and turn off your TV and phone. Harmonization of masculine and feminine energy with the help of the "Pharaoh's Cylinders" should last 10-15 minutes, depending on how you feel, and should be performed once or twice a day.

Plates (shungite and talc chlorite): Plates are carved from solid stone. They are very durable and perceived intensely. Stand on the shungite plate with your left foot, and on the talc chlorite plate with your right foot. In addition to harmonizing energies, plates contribute to the grounding of vital energy. Good grounding provides stability and peace of mind. Harmonization should take 10-15 minutes, depending on how you feel, and should be done once or twice a day. Shungite and talc chlorite plates can also be used while sitting. Please make sure that your arms and legs are not crossed or too close to each other.

Paired shungite and talc chlorite are effective tools to bring our inner forces into balance. When Yin and Yang are in balance, we have significantly more energy. Harmony of Yin and Yang is very important for maintaining health. This makes it easier to cope with everyday loads such as stress, environmental influences and physical activity.
