Shipping within Germany
For our customers in Germany, we offer fast and reliable delivery:
Free shipping: From an order value of €35.00, shipping is free of charge.
Speed: We ensure that your Shungite and Elite Shungite products reach you as quickly as possible, as all products offered in the shop are located in Germany and are shipped immediately after the order is placed.
Reliability: We work with proven shipping service providers who deliver your order safely and on time.

Shipping to the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein
For our international customers from the European Union, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we also offer attractive shipping conditions:
Free shipping: From a purchase value of €75.00 we ship free of charge.
Fast delivery: We ensure prompt and secure delivery of your Shungite and Elite Shungite products also to the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Flat shipping rate: For orders under €75.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90, regardless of order volume.

Worldwide shipping
For customers outside the EU and Switzerland, we also offer worldwide shipping:
Shipping costs on request: Shipping costs for countries outside the EU may vary depending on destination and shipping method. We ask you to inquire about the exact shipping costs before ordering to avoid misunderstandings.
Please note that customs duties and import fees (also in Switzerland and Liechtenstein) cannot be covered by us. These fees must be paid by the recipient directly to the competent authorities.

Shipping & delivery
Insured shipping: All packages are sent insured by us – whether it is a small Elite Shungite pendant or a larger order. This way you can be sure that your products will arrive safely and reliably.
Shipping provider: We usually ship with DHL, a renowned and reliable provider. If another shipping provider is desired, you can let us know during the order process or contact us directly.
Pickup in Würzburg: Although we operate mainly online, we offer you the option to pick up your order directly from us in Würzburg. We are happy to welcome you personally and present our Shungite products on site. An appointment for viewings and pickups is required, please contact us in advance.

Packaging
Packaging plays a central role when it comes to transporting your Shungite products safely to you. We rely on careful packaging to avoid transport damage, especially for fragile products such as Elite Shungite, pyramids or discs. Our packaging is robust and secure, so you won’t be disappointed when unpacking.
Environmentally friendly packaging: As we are committed to environmental awareness and sustainability, we ensure environmentally friendly packaging as much as possible. Cartons and filling materials we receive are reused. For new packaging, we mainly use recyclable and eco-friendly materials.
Cost efficiency and environmental protection: When selecting and transporting our Shungite stones from Karelia, we pay attention to minimizing material consumption and transport costs. In the office, we also save resources by printing on both sides of the paper and only using what is necessary.

Returns
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you have the right to cancel the purchase without giving reasons. A simple message about your cancellation is sufficient.
Right of withdrawal: You can inform us in writing or by telephone about your cancellation within the 14-day period. The period begins with the receipt of the goods.
Return costs: If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you bear the return shipping costs. Further details can be found in our General Terms and Conditions, §5.
Return of the goods: Once we have received your return, we check the goods and refund the amount if the goods are undamaged and complete.

Damaged delivery or goods
If the package or goods are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We can be reached at [email protected]. We will take care of a solution as quickly as possible.
Please note that Shungite and Elite Shungite contain natural additional elements such as pyrite and quartzite. These are often perceived as small scratches or cracks on the surface. However, these are not transport damage or defective products, but natural characteristics of the stone. These additional elements are a typical feature of Shungite and Elite Shungite and do not affect the quality of the product.

Certificates for Shungite products
Every delivery comes with a certificate guaranteeing the authenticity and quality of the stones. Our Shungite and Elite Shungite products come directly from Karelia, and through regular visits to the quarries and processing facilities, we can offer a 100% origin guarantee.

Further information
Hairline cracks and surface blemishes: Shungite may show small, irregular inclusions such as quartzite or pyrite, which appear as hairline cracks. These are completely natural and do not affect the quality of the stone.
Rust spots: When used in water, Shungite may develop orange stains. These are oxidation processes of natural inclusions in the Shungite and do not represent damage. However, we recommend not using stones with extensive oxidation spots for water purification.
