Note on staining:

When threading the beads, the shungite may leave slight black or gray marks at the drilled holes. This is completely normal and a natural characteristic of the stone. These discolorations can be easily removed with soap and water, and staining is hardly a factor in finished jewelry.

Natural inclusions:

Golden or light gray pyrite and quartzite inclusions, which may appear like lines or dots, are sometimes visible. These features confirm the authenticity and are characteristic features of the material.

Quality:

The beads come from the renowned "Zazhoginskij" mine in Karelia and belong to the highest quality grade (Category 2) of classic shungite. Regular testing of the stones for electrical conductivity, weight, hardness, and optical characteristics ensures their high standard and guarantees authenticity.
